Elliott is the visionary behind Light Heart Lash, leading the brand with a rare blend of technical precision and long term direction. As CEO he drives the company’s growth and strategy while ensuring every detail stays aligned with our elevated standard.

With a background in robotics engineering, Elliott approaches product development through a uniquely analytical lens, focusing on structure, efficiency, and performance at the most detailed  level.

Cyndi is the heart of the Light Heart Lash customer experience ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal, and deeply cared for. She manages order inquiries, resolves issues with efficiency and grace, and provides thoughtful, timely support that reflects the elevated standard of our brand. As a working lash artist herself, Cyndi ensures everyone feels seen, supported, and confident in choosing Light Heart Lash.

Lexi is the operational force behind the Light Heart Lash product line, bringing every launch to life with precision and intention. She oversees the entire lifecycle of our products, from strategic sourcing and supplier relationships to seamless procurement and inventory flow. Lexi is the backbone of how our products come to life and reach the hands of artists everywhere.

Paige is the heart behind our partnership ecosystem. She welcomes our ambassadors, retailers and salon partners into our programs, making sure they feel supported every step of the way. She works behind the scenes (and sometimes front and center!) planning unforgettable workshops, leading onboarding, and serving as the go-to person for all things partnerships. Her goal is to make sure every ambassador, retailer, and salon feels genuinely celebrated and set up for success!

Crystal ensures every digital touchpoint feels intentional, elevated, and unmistakably Light Heart across every stage of the customer journey. Crystal nurtures and evolves our beloved membership experience, creating a space that feels special, valuable, and deeply connected to our community of artists.

Kelsey, our founder’s sister is the creative force shaping the visual world of the Light Heart Lash. As our Graphic Design Lead, she brings products to life through elevated, cohesive design that captures our signature blend of softness and luxury. She leads the design of everything from product packaging and email assets to our unique merchandise you’ll find at each event we pop up at.

Alba looks after our partnership outreach, working closely with both schools and salons to introduce them to everything we offer. Whether she’s connecting with educators, salon owners, or their teams, Alba takes a warm approach to building relationships and helping partners find the products, education, and support that best fit their needs. From the first conversation through to long-term collaboration, she is dedicated to creating meaningful partnerships.

Becky is the friendly face behind our salon outreach program helping salons across the country discover all things Light Heart Lash. She connects with salon owners and their teams to share our products, education, and exclusive partnership opportunities in a way that feels easy, genuine, and supportive. From first conversations to long-term partnerships, Becky is all about building real relationships and helping salons grow with confidence and ease.

Casey leads in person trainings for our salon partners and brings our products and methods to life in a way that feels clear, inspiring, and accessible. He works closely with students to ensure every artist feels supported at every stage of their journey, whether they’re mastering the fundamentals or refining advanced techniques.
With a passion for education and a gift for true connection, he creates a warm environment where artists feel encouraged to grow, ask questions, and step into their fullest potential.

Teaching from our beautiful academy in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona, Erica hosts the intimate private classes that set lash artists of all skill levels up for success. Erica is well known for all things wispy, weightless, and wonderfully unique.
