Light Heart has filed for trademark on the term Quick Fans Method. The purpose of this trademark is to prevent any other individual or business from trademarking this term and enforcing restrictions on its use.

In order to maintain the trademark for Quick Fans Method, we do need to enforce one restriction. We can not allow any individual or business to claim that they invented the Quick Fans Method, if we allowed this, our trademark could be deemed invalid, and we could lose the trademark protections that give us the authority to make this term freely available to artists and educators.

Other than this one restriction, you are free to use, teach, or advertise The Quick Fans Method in any way you choose, for any reason, forever!
