SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order. Expedited orders placed by 2:00 PM PST Monday–Friday are processed and shipped the same day. During peak periods — such as promotional sales or holidays — processing may take up to 5 additional business days.

Once your order has been placed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.


STORE PICKUP

Orders may be picked up at our Scottsdale location: 6969 E Shea Blvd, STE 190, Scottsdale, AZ 85254

Pickup is available:

  • Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

You can also order online for in-store pickup at lashvacay.com/collections/all or feel free to stop by, shop in store, and scan the QR code to pay.


FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $150 (before tax). Exclusions may apply.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. On average, international orders arrive within 3–21 business days.

Once your package leaves our facility, shipping timelines are determined by the carrier. Light Heart Lash is not responsible for delays that occur during transit.

Please note: Light Heart Lash is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before placing an order.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If you suspect your package is lost or significantly delayed:

  • Domestic orders: Contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update
  • International orders: Claims may be filed no sooner than 20 days after shipment (or 30 days for certain destinations)

Our fulfillment partner observes the following holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these dates — please plan accordingly:
