Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Light Heart Lash, we want to make managing your subscription and membership as simple and transparent as possible. Please review the cancellation terms below for each of our purchase options.

Besties Membership ($29/month)

You may cancel your membership at any time with no termination fees or hidden costs.
To cancel, log into your account portal and manage your membership settings, or contact us at help@lightheartlash.com.
Once canceled, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
Membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Partial month refunds are not available.
Membership cannot be paused, but you are welcome to cancel and rejoin at any time.

Adhesive Subscription

You may cancel your adhesive subscription at any time with no fees or penalties.
To cancel, log into your account portal and manage your subscription settings, or contact us at help@lightheartlash.com.
Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded under the subscription.
