The new year is fast approaching and lash extensions are officially solidified as a beauty service that is available worldwide. Trends come and go, and as a leader in high end lash products we have to stay alert on what trends are coming and going…and what trends will become timeless staples in the industry.
The biggest trend to be a part of in 2025…BROWN LASHES. Clients have slowly become less interested in the heavy, blacked out lash look and a huge wave of people are switching to a softer look. Brown lashes create such a chic, soft look that dare I say…all the “cool girls” are loving.
But…what brown lashes should you use? We have 5 different shades to choose from! These brown lashes are unlike anything you’ll find on the market. Obviously they’re deliciously soft and they fan as easily as our beloved black lashes. But they all will compliment different hair shades, undertones and client preferences. Here are the shades we have for you to choose from!
Fawn- Fawn is a cool toned brown that Light Heart became famous for. It suits SO many people and looks entirely different in natural sunlight vs. indoor lighting. Inside, it is a soft, subtle, mousy brown…but in the sunlight, it becomes a golden bronze. It is our bestseller and it comes in single lengths!
Lucky Penny- A bold yet wearable copper shade that’s been meticulously dyed to replicate real human hair color. Not too yellow or orange, a truly stunning copper that will complement, not distract.
Bear Hugs- A deliciously warm toned brunette shade.
Our famous “Fawn” shade is the cooler toned version of Bear Hugs!
Both shades are perfect to have on hand in your collection. I’ve been wearing this shade for months and it’s been my perfect match.
Shirley Temple- The shirley temple lash is a wearable auburn, not too brown, not too red…perfect for a wide variety of redheads. This is not a vivid red shade.
Berry Beautiful- The most unique shade of them all. Berry Beautiful is a rich, purple toned brunette.
You can start offering brown sets asap! Just take models, post your beautiful work and advertise them as part of your menu. You shouldn’t charge any additional fees for colored lashes, allow clients to blend these shades into their current lashes if they’d like to slowly transition shades. Make it as easy as possible for clients to get them on their eyes. Once they see them on themselves, they will be their new obsession too.
