NO SHOW AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you do not show up to your appointment, or you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment,  you will be charged 100% of the service cost

Fee must be paid over venmo

to @maddimorris or at your next appointment

Please arrive on time with clean lashes.

NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT

I require a $50 deposit for all new clients, this may be payed over venmo, apple pay, or square invoice upon request.

 

LATE POLICY

If you are 10 minutes late you must rebook your appointment and pay the no show fee. I book back to back and need the entire appointment time to do my best work.

If you arrive at your appointment with less than 40% of your extensions, you will need to reschedule for a full set.

30 minute fills are strictly for if your lashes have been filled no more than 10 days ago.

FOREIGN FILLS

I do fill other artist’s work as long as your extensions were applied correctly. Please contact me directly with a photo of your current lashes before booking an appointment.

NO GUEST POLICY
If your guest can wait quietly in the lobby they may come to your appointment. No young children please.
